Booking and Payment

Booking requests are confirmed upon receipt of required deposit as specified in your service agreement. Deposits secure your event date and allow us to begin planning and sourcing materials for your celebration.

Full payment is due according to the timeline specified in your service agreement, typically before event day. We accept various payment methods as outlined during booking. Late payments may result in service modifications or cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Craftedtrartol. Cancellation fees apply based on how far in advance notice is provided, as specified in your service agreement. This compensates for reserved time, materials ordered, and opportunities declined.

Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible, subject to availability. Rescheduling may involve additional fees depending on timing and changes required to service plans already in progress.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, venue details, and access arrangements. This includes confirming venue availability, coordinating with venue management, and ensuring our team has appropriate access for setup and breakdown.

Clients must inform us of any venue restrictions, requirements, or special conditions that may affect service delivery. Changes to event details should be communicated promptly to allow for necessary adjustments to styling plans.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Craftedtrartol remain our intellectual property. We may photograph styled events for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

Content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Craftedtrartol strives to provide excellent service but is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue issues, weather conditions affecting outdoor events, or failures by third-party vendors not contracted by us.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service delivery or use of our website.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will work with clients to find reasonable alternative arrangements.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
