Service Modifications
If you wish to modify your party styling package before your event, contact us as early as possible. We accommodate changes based on timing and feasibility. Modifications may affect pricing depending on alterations to materials, labor, or design complexity.
Changes requested within two weeks of your event may be limited due to materials already ordered and preparations underway. We always do our best to incorporate your vision while managing practical constraints of event timelines.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms and refund eligibility are outlined in your service agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your date and initiate planning processes. Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial refunds of payments beyond the deposit.
Refund amounts depend on cancellation timing and expenses already incurred for your event, including materials purchased, time invested in design, and opportunities declined to reserve your date. Each situation is evaluated individually based on specific circumstances.
Event Day Issues
If you experience issues during event setup or notice problems with styling execution, please inform our on-site team immediately. We maintain staff presence during installation to address concerns in real-time and make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.
Our team is trained to respond quickly to event day concerns and has authority to implement solutions on site. We carry backup materials and have contingency plans to handle unexpected challenges that may arise during installation.
Post-Event Concerns
If you have concerns after your event concludes, contact Craftedtrartol within seven days. We review post-event feedback carefully and investigate any service delivery issues reported. Your input helps us maintain quality standards and improve our services.
While we cannot undo completed events, we take responsibility for service shortcomings seriously. Depending on the nature and validity of concerns, we may offer compensation, future service credits, or other appropriate remedies to address legitimate issues.
Damaged or Missing Items
We inspect all decorations and materials before installation to ensure quality. If you notice damaged or missing items during setup, alert our team immediately so we can implement solutions. We carry supplementary materials to address unexpected issues.
Clients are not responsible for normal wear and tear on rental decorations during events. However, excessive damage or loss of materials beyond reasonable use may result in additional charges as outlined in your service agreement.
Force Majeure
In cases where events cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond either party control, such as natural disasters, venue closures, or government restrictions, we work with clients to find fair solutions. This may include rescheduling, modified services, or refunds based on situation specifics.
